Each of the round enclosures houses a turbine of 66,000 horsepower, with a generator capable of furnishing 50,000 KW. Electric heaters may be seen on the sides of the enclosures. In lighting, heating and air conditioning the Authority's projects are models of advanced practice in the use of electrical energy.
