Drying Adobe Bricks
Location : Santa Fe, NM
Description : WPA workers make abode bricks which are used in the construction of practically all residential and public buildings in New Mexico. The Native abode earth is mixed with water and straw and after being pressed into shape by hand are sun dried for 24 to 30 days.
