Children Enjoy Their Outdoor Art Shows

Description : Free art classes conducted by the WPA Federal Art Project in co-operation with more than a hundred organizations in New York City supply the exhibits for many outdoor exhibitions. They range from ambitious city-wide exhibitions in Central Part to small neighborhood shows.
