Description : In more densely settled sections of the country WPA extension library workers serve their readers from automotive traveling libraries. However, in the mountain country of Kentucky, West Virginia, and the Carolinas, the WPA library extension workers serve their clients by horseback and carry their treasured volumes in saddle packs.
