Description : Thousands of Sheer-Water called "Skimmer" by the natives. At certain seasons when the hen is nesting on the unhatched eggs the birds will destroy the eggs by trampling them and running their long bill through them if disturbed by strangers. When this photograph was taken it was the first time in several years that humans had set food on the island where they nest.
